My name is Kerstin Ramstrom and I founded Carefully Healing because by late 2015, I had a myriad of health issues you may be able to relate to, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, debilitating brain fog, year-round nasal allergies, asthma, heart palpitations, hair loss, and several skin issues. At the time, I lived in New York City and worked in a very stressful office environment. When I found The Medical Medium®’s information, it was the first time many of my symptoms and previous diagnoses made sense. While I had initially expected this quest for healing to just involve healthier eating, it has impacted nearly every aspect of my life - I left the career that was making me listless and unhappy to pursue my passion for health and now I live in Florida in a much healthier environment overall. As a result, I am excited to be able to use my knowledge, experiences and training to help you design your own health journey.
I am certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Practitioner and a Certified Emotion Code® Practitioner. I have also earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and have completed Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine, Level 1 with Matthew Kenney/PlantLab.

I am beyond grateful that I found Kerstin! Due to gastritis and a fatty liver, I started to follow the Medical Medium protocol. Working on my Medical Medium program by myself I had made a certain amount of progress, enough to know it is helping, but working on your own from a book can feel isolating. I was looking for someone who could help me further along my path by answering personal questions and guiding me to what steps to take next. Kerstin is absolutely lovely to work with. She is warm and honest, exactly like she comes across in her podcast, where I first found her. Kerstin listened very closely and gave me ideas and suggestions and helped me get over some limiting beliefs that were keeping me back. In addition, Kerstin is generous with her time and is available by email for follow up questions and advice. My Emotion Code session with Kerstin was an eye opener and I can see specific results based on our one session. Overall, working with Kerstin has been a great experience and I am sincerely grateful for her help.

(75-min initial + 15-min follow-up)
Before our initial 75-minute session, you will complete and submit a detailed health history form, which will be emailed to you upon booking your appointment. During our first session, together, we will review your health history and priorities to develop an action plan of food and lifestyle choices to better support your overall health based on your goals. At the 15-minute follow-up appointment (approx. 1-2 weeks after the initial session), we will have the opportunity to discuss any questions that have come up and make tweaks and adjustments to your plan.
First, we will review your progress and any updates to your health history. Then we will discuss what areas you would like to focus on next and explore approaches for continued advancement.
Emotion Code® Session (60 mins)
New and Returning Clients
We will work together to unblock emotions which can help ease health issues, relationship challenges, and other emotional baggage, using this gentle, energy-releasing technique.
