I have created this small-group program, which will be limited to only six participants, to not only provide you with the individual help and support that you need, but also to allow you an opportunity to ask questions in between sessions and to get support in a group setting with others who are dealing with similar symptoms and issues as you are.  

 

In this program, you will -

• Discover the root cause of what is causing your symptoms 

• Learn what steps to take to start relieving your symptoms, while, at the same time, how to address the underlying issues that are causing your skin issues

• Get answers to the questions that have been stumping you along your journey

• Discover other lifestyle factors outside of just healthy eating that may be holding you back

• Learn from the questions and answers of others who are also dealing with eczema and psoriasis

• Connect with other compassionate people  

Specifically, this program includes -

• Three one-on-one health coaching sessions with me (an initial 75-minute session and two subsequent 30-minute sessions), so that we can determine the best path forward based on your specific health situation, symptoms, and needs

• Three one-hour Members-Only Group Q&A Calls for answers to your questions between your individual sessions
